Terms and Conditions The BeerBarrels2u name and
logo are the trademarks of this company. All other trademarks
appearing on the beebarrels2u.co.uk site remain the property of there
respective owners. Merchandise prices and specifications are subject
to change without notice. Typographic, photographic, and descriptive
errors are subject to corrections. We reserve the right to add or
withdraw any item at any time without prior notice. All prices quoted
by BeerBarrels2u include VAT @ 17.5% except children's clothing and
footwear which are Zero Rated. Customers agree to pay the total price
including VAT, carriage and any handling costs as specified at the
time of purchase. If an item is not available we will e-mail you
telling you when that product is likely to be in stock and possibly
offering an alternative. If the estimated delivery time is
unacceptable, you have the option to cancel your order and BeerBarrels2u
will offer a full refund.
Shipping Policy (UK) We will try to despatch
your order within 2 to 7 working days of it being placed. We will
contact you and let you know the date that your delivery will arrive.
We strongly advise against leaving goods without a signature. We will
not be liable for any losses incurred this way. If you live in the
Highlands, or offshore, delivery will take longer and cost more.
Prices - Prices shown on this site are subject to change in line with
market values and currency fluctuations. All prices shown include VAT
at the prevailing rate. Delivery - Dispatch and delivery can be
subject to stock availability. If you have a deadline for delivery
please advise us at the time of ordering, and please include a contact
number so we can advise you if there is a problem. Any time or date
given for delivery is an estimate only. Although we will make every
effort to ensure delivery times are met, we do not accept liability
for failure to deliver within a stated time. Standard delivery is
normally within 2 to 7 working days of the order being received by us.
Next-day delivery is available only on orders placed before midday.
There is an extra charge for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and
some other postcode areas. Please contact us by email for any
enquiries. Please note that the couriers and delivery services tend
to deliver during the working day. You may find it easier to give a
work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your
order. For the delivery of large items every effort will be made to
arrange a convenient delivery time.
Age of Customer
Customers must be over 18 years of age. Orders will not be accepted
from anyone under 18. Please be aware that attempting to purchase
alcohol if you are under 18 is a criminal offence. Security
Policy BeerBarrels2u uses Secure Server Software (SSL) to ensure
that your personal details will be protected against fraudulent use
whilst on our site. The encryption level used is 128 bit and ensures
that we are the only recipient able to view your details once they

BeerBarrels2u deems to have been faulty, the cost of returning the
product will be credited back to the customer. The customer can also
specify whether or not they require a refund or an exchange. If you

issue return instructions.. For your protection we
recommend the use of a recorded delivery service with adequate
insurance, please include the receipt for this cost if you require the
delivery charge refunded. All products advertised on our site are from
leading manufacturers in there own field. If you are unhappy with the
quality or performance of a product we will endeavour to rectify any
problem or misgivings that you have to the best of our ability.
